This article reviews the constitutional status of constitutionally guaranteed final decisions of the Constitutional Court. This is a very important status as it could lead to the position of the Court of Justice in the Constitutional Court. This article is opposed to this option. The status of the decisions of the Constitutional Court should be criticized on the ground that their purpose is prima facie rather than absolute. This article adopts an office stand as a solution, so that the court and the legislature have no supreme authority to interpret the constitution.
