Judiciary and its Role in Improving and Developing National Legislation

The judiciary is considered as an institutional element of the legal environment, the system-forming role in which is determined by national sovereignty; the special role of justice is revealed through the general principle of justice, based on the spiritual, moral and historicallegal traditions of our society.
