Profound initiative hypothesis and characteristic inspiration hypothesis, we proposed a homologous staggered model to investigate the adequacy of otherworldly authority on representatives' assignment execution, information sharing ways of behaving and advancement ways of behaving at the singular level. With surveys evaluated by 306 sets of representatives and their bosses in 26 groups from the energy business in central area China, we direct staggered examination to inspect our speculations.
